Our Web site does not automatically recognize your e-mail address. We ask for your e-mail address on a number of pages within our site, but you may opt out of e-mail communications at any time by un-checking the box beneath where you entered in your e-mail address, or by clicking the unsubscribe link that is included at the bottom of every e-mail communication from APN or APN partner organizations (CARE and ONE). You may also call us at any time at 404-663-9187, or e-mail us at comments@apowerfulnoise.org, to be removed.

APN and APN partner organizations (CARE and ONE) maintain several e-mail lists to keep their supporters, the press and policy makers informed about news and events associated with women’s empowerment and global poverty. Individuals who provide optional information may also receive materials in the U.S. mail and/or be contacted via telephone by authorized APN or APN partner organization representatives. In addition, we do not share the e-mail addresses on our lists with staff outside of APN or APN partner organizations and their authorized agents. We configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the e-mail addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized APN or APN partner organization staff and agents. Only APN or APN partner organization staff and our authorized agents have access to personally identifiable information provided by visitors to our site.
