Natalie Portman has established herself as one of Hollywood's most talented and sought-after actresses. Dedicated to charitable works, Portman speaks to the impact of microloans on the lives of those in developing countries on behalf of FINCA International. Portman became the organization's Ambassador of Hope in 2004, and serves as co-chair of the Village Banking Campaign with Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah of Jordan.

The Oscar®-nominated actress will next star in BROTHERS and NEW YORK, I LOVE YOU, and recently wrapped production on Don Roos' LOVE AND OTHER IMPOSSIBLE PURSUITS. Portman’s directorial debut, the short film EVE, premiered during the 2008 Venice Film Festival. Other credits include CLOSER, PARIS JE T'AIME, V FOR VENDETTA, COLD MOUNTAIN, the STAR WARS prequel series, and BEAUTIFUL GIRLS. On stage, Portman starred in James Lapine's THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, and Mike Nichols' Shakespeare in the Park production of THE SEAGULL.
